  We waited 45 minutes for a table only to discover that we were somehow "bumped" off the list. We finally got seated and our waitress wrote our order on her hand (which was admittedly ominous and indicative of the experience which lay ahead). We then waited another 25 minutes (as we didn't see her once in the meantime) before reminding our waitress about our appetizer, which took so long because she never put in the order. Our appetizer came out literally 3 minutes before our food, and the entrées were incorrect and burned. My wife did not get one of the sides she ordered, but instead they gave her a mystery salad and took the liberty of deciding she wanted ranch dressing (at an uncharge) to go with it. Our waters were also refilled precisely zero times. All of this culminated in us discreetly asking to speak to a manager, who then took $10 off of our $28 bill, which was something at least. The table next to us also had a bad experience, which they described as "a really sucky anniversary dinner." I recommend staying away from this place - we will not be back.

  I give this a 2 star because it had good food, however the service wasn't the best. My burger and fries was great however they lost it. They could not find it and had to remake it. My party was finished by the time I got my food. Not to mention that they lost my friends refill spent 3 hours there. To be fair they did remove the burger from our bill.
